International Shipping:

• Flat Rate – $24.95

Please allow 2–3 business days for us to process and ship your order. We process orders Monday through Friday. The store is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided. Solazul Swimwear is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, you have the option of filing a claim through USPS.

Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders — it only speeds up the shipping time to receive your order.

• EXCHANGES

We do not offer money-back refunds. We accept merchandise exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be made within 5 days from the stamped delivery date
• Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed — free of makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, or any other signs of use
• Items must be in their original condition with no visible wear

Any packing slip marked with the Final Sale stamp is final sale with no exceptions.

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

• Bikini bottoms
• One pieces
• Face masks
• Accessories
• Sale / Clearance merchandise

Exchanges without prior approval will be returned to sender. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy.
