Thank you for shopping with Solazul Swimwear. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.
All Sales Policy
All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Store Credit / Exchanges
Eligible items may be approved for exchange or store credit only. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags and hygienic liners intact
- Free of makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear
Solazul Swimwear reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Bikini bottoms
- One-piece swimsuits
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@solazulswimwear.com. We will review the issue and provide a resolution if applicable.
Return Process
To request an exchange or store credit, please contact us at solazulpr@gmail.com with your order number. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
