Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more.
For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:
- Puerto Rico: 2–5 business days
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (may vary depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Solazul Swimwear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Solazul Swimwear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
